The items sold on this site are not for export. Additionally, some items may not be legal in all states. The purchaser is responsible for knowing the law in their home state and abiding by it.
IMAGES displayed on this site are often stock photos and may differ slightly from the actual firearm. If you have questions please contact us by phone or email before you make your purchase. With used firearms we make every effort to show the actual gun being sold and will note in the discription if the photos are not of the actual firearm.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due at time of purchase. Accepted methods are VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Postal Money Orders and personal checks. When your card is approved, a hold will be put on your account for the total amount of the sale including any shipping/HazMat fees. This hold will remain in place until the order is shipped (or cancelled). At that time the transaction will be finalized and your card will be charged. Shipping of in-stock items will occur within 2 business days of receipt of CLEARED payment. Items will be shipped via the following methods:

Returns may only be made with a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in accordance with our return policy.
All users agree to abide by all applicable laws related to their purchases and the use of this site. This includes age restrictions, limitations on the types of firearms allowed in various jurisdictions and any other applicable law.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle ammunition, long guns, knives and certain other items sold in this store. You must be 21 or loder to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, NFA itmes and certain other items sold in this store. Laws may vary by state. It is your responsibility to know the law in your state. Sales initiated but not completed due to conflicts with the law or buyer not meeting legal requirements will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. Firearms must be shipped to a federally licensed dealer. Proof of their license must be provided before shipping.
Gadsden Guns, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve this right even when the order has been confirmed and our credit card has been charged. In such cases, your card will be credited for the incorrect price unless you agree to purchase the product for the corrected amount.
These terms and conditions are applicable upon your accessing this site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions or any part of them may be amended or terminated by Gadsden Guns, Inc. at any time and without notice, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, trademarks, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous shall survive any termination.
Gadsden Guns may deliver notice to you by means of email, posting a general notice on the web site or by other reliable methods to the addresses you have provided to us.
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States of America, without regard to choice of law provisions and not by the 1980 UN Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site shall be in the state of Virginia or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat or by sue of obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Gadsden Guns, Inc. employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Gadsden Guns, Inc. cannot review all communications and materials posted by users accessing this site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. If you are not a Virginia resident you may not be eligible for in-store pickup of certain items. Please call us for clarification.
What You Need to Know about Shipping:
It’s your responsibility as the purchaser to be aware of and comply with the laws in your state**. Some items listed for sale by Gadsden Guns may not be legal to own or use in your area, and as knowledgeable as we are, we can’t keep track of every local law and restriction in all 50 states. Feel free to call us with questions if you’re unsure, and if we don’t know the answer, we can probably refer you to somebody who does.
The ATF requires all modern firearms to be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder exclusively. This means that we can’t ship firearms directly to your home (unless you hold a FFL). We can ship knives, accessories, and most gun parts direct to consumer, but firearms purchased on www.GadsdenGuns.com are shipped when we have received valid FFL information and the payment has cleared. Items subject to federal regulation by the National Firearm Act (NFA) can only be shipped to a Class III FFL. No international sales allowed.

LOST PACKAGES
In the event of a lost package we will re-ship the order after the claims process and investigation with the Federal Postal Inspector or other shipping service has concluded it's investigation (usually less then 2 weeks). If you need a replacement order sooner we will ship a replacement order at your expense (assuming items are in stock) and refund the original order once the carrier confirms the shipping damage or loss on original order.
Gadsden Guns does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages left by carrier. If this is of concern to you then please indicate signature required in the order notes. An extra charge will be assessed for this service based on the shipping method. Packages that show to be delivered by carrier are considered delivered and are the customers responsibility. Any further action is at the discretion of Gadsden Guns and may require a police report for stolen property.

**Orders returned because of purchaser ineligibility or because an item is prohibited in the purchaser’s state of residence are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Restocking fee is deducted from the amount paid and the balance refunded to the purchaser.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that are placed and cancelled by the customer prior to shipping are assessed a 10% processing fee. This fee is waived if customer elects to received a store credit instead of a refund.
RETURN POLICY:
To keep prices low and provide the best service, avoid returns by asking any questions you may have prior to purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 5 business days of the receipt of the product.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 30%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. Items that have been installed or used are non-returnable. Returned items that do not include all the original manufactures packaging and accessories will not be accepted for return.
Defects in items are covered by manufacturer's warranties; please contact the manufacturer directly.
The standard method of refund is in the form of a store credit. All returns require a RMA number. Prior to returning an item, please send an email to RMA REQUEST referencing the order number and item(s) being returned. Any shipment that arrives without prior notification will be marked "Return to Sender" and returned at the sender's expense.
The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final.

2. Barrels and Bolt Carrier Groups
3. Handguards and Triggers
4. Ammunition
5. Special Orders
The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returned item(s). Gadsden Guns recommends the use of an insured, track-able method of returning products such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit to us is that of the customer, not Gadsden Guns.
Once the returned item is received, the customer will be notified of the progress of the return. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount or store credit.
Regulatory changes - Federal, State, or Local
We are unable to accept items for return or exchange effected by regulatory changes, whether it be federal, state or local.
***Firearms that are purchased by someone who is not eligible to complete the transaction may be returned at Gadsden Guns descretion WITH PRIOR APPROVAL and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The purchaser will be responsible for actual shipping both ways and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the store credit or the balance will be refunded using the original payment method. The same terms apply if the receiving FFL cannot or will not receive the items. Please verify that your chosen FFL is willing and able to complete this transaction before finalizing your order.
